I have a lot of anxiety and this was very difficult but Dr. Oona made it easier and made me feel very comfortable throughout the
process. She’s such a lovely person! I felt fully listened to and understood, and appreciated her open-minded approach.
Oona takes a very thoughtful, consultative approach to therapy, always tailoring her advice and suggestions to the individual. She is a great listener and very skilled in identifying and interpreting behavioural patterns and issues.
The reassurance inside and outside my appointment was very helpful for me, emails/reminders to fill out forms were good. Getting
the report back so quickly was also fantastic and helped mitigate my anxiety. I can’t list anything unhelpful.
I have been working with Ruth since late January this year.
She has been and is everything I needed and wanted in a psychologist. She is kind, caring, supportive and creates such a safe space for me to talk freely and to be myself.
I don't think I have the words to really describe the positive impact she [Dr Ruth] has had on my life over the past 7 months and how only with her support and guidance I feel I have grown and continue to grow to understand myself (ADHD and other bits).
Thank you for making XXX feel comfortable during her assessment. She was very nervous initially and it made a big difference.
