Dr Nadia Daer

Dr Nadia, an HCPC-registered clinical psychologist and supervisor, has worked with individuals, families and groups on a wide range of conditions and complex difficulties. She has helped people struggling with anxiety and low mood, work-related stress or relationship difficulties, complex trauma, eating difficulties and more, making her a trusted professional in the field.

She uses a variety of therapeutic methods in her work, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Emotion Focused Family Therapy and Systemic Therapy to address a range of concerns, all underpinned by a belief that talking and effectively relating to another can be a powerful tool for change.
