A compassionate Clinical Psychology Practice to achieve growth and change.

Whether you are having momentary difficulties or are facing long-standing challenges, starting therapy can feel daunting. Our approach focuses on creating a safe and supportive space to explore a range of difficulties including low mood and Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, ADHD, Trauma, as well as challenges with relationships and work-transition and being a parent. We work with Children, Adolescents and Adults.
Reframe Psychology is a small practice of dedicated Psychologists who focus on delivering person centred therapy. We offer assessments, individual therapy, family and couple therapy, as well as consultations using an integrative approach (including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mentalisation-Based Therapy, Narrative Exposure Therapy and Compassion-Focussed Therapy). Through the assessment process, we will explore which approach is best suited to your needs and proceed accordingly. We will then work together to identify patterns and create changes that you want to make. We offer a 15-minute free telephone conversation for an informal chat before committing to the assessment process.
The practice also offers in-depth ADHD assessments in a neurodivergent-friendly environment (both online or in person). Assessments focus on understanding individuals' journeys, both in terms of adverse experiences and neurodivergence.
We look forward to hearing from you. Take care, Oona
